This was a very important and emotional time in my life. I always looked forward to my office visits. I knew I would see you and all my questions and concerns would be answered. You made my pregnancy so special. On my last visit you noticed a problem. Due to your thorough care for me, my baby came to me on August 31, 2006. Jenna Nicole was delivered by you and is perfect. During my stay at the hospital I knew you were watching out for me and there for all my treatments. During the delivery your compassion and encouragement settled my nerves and made a very stressful time a special moment. I will never forget all you did for me and my family. DEAR DR.SAM & STAFF, Words alone cannot express how thankful I am that I found you as my Doctor. Your patience and caring showed through at each visit. You listened to every moan, groan, ache, pain, and complaint without hesitation. This pregnancy was very difficult for me and you managed to calm all of my fears. You were correct everything went beautifully and I have a healthy and beautiful little girl. Most of all you did everything in your power to respect my wishes as a patient. DEAR DR.SAM, I know this is really late! I am sorry I took so long to get back to you. I have been keeping mommy really busy, adjusting to her new lifestyle! I sent you a few pictures of me. I know how much the office likes that! I am doing really well. I am over 13lbs now! Big difference from that little lightweight 6lbs 4oz baby you delivered on august 12th. People say I look like my mom and dad, but you know I am sure that you hear that all the time! My mommy would like to extend her thanks for doing such a wonderful job and helping her avoid the dreaded episiotomy! “Who would ever think that delivery could ever be that quick and problem free”! Anyway, I hope you have a great holiday season and I hope to see you again soon! THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO BRING ME INTO THE WORLD!

DEAR DR.SAM, Although I met you 2 days before my precious daughter, I felt as though I had known you for years. Thanks to your charm and warm personality. You made my delivery experience so much better just by being you, warm, compassionate, and caring. Do keep up the good work! Thanks also to the SFWHA staff who assisted me through out my prenatal care. A special thank your ultrasound technician, who has left an impression on my mind... Wonderful lady! DEAR DR.SAM & RACHEL, Thank you sooooooo much for everything. Thank you for being there for us not only as a doctor but also as a friend. You made me feel confident and not scared of the labor. Dr. Sam thank you also for taking care of my baby’s circumcision. (That means a lot to me). You really made me feel special on the most special day of my life. Having a baby is a great experience and having you guys there for us is a blessing.

DR.SAM, Thank you for your awesome work. I look great, never felt the first amount of pain and shocked many with the 3 flights of stairs I was able to descend only the day after surgery. Thanks be to you for those steady hand. God has blessed you in so many ways. Never let that caring and supportive side of you get lost in the bright and successful future you have. SAM, I just wanted to tell you that my first visit to your office was so very positive - your beautifully decorated office, artwork and inspirational messages, cosmetics and supplies in the bathrooms, etc.), the non-institutional musical background, the pleasant and well-trained staff, the technology you employ in keeping records, and most of all, your kind, receptive, humorous, and knowedgeable approach - all well appreciated!

DR. SAM, Mark and I still can't thank you enough for helping me have a great pregnancy and giving me these 2 beautiful children. I cannot describe how they make me feel each day that I wake up. You know this feeling, the one only a mother can feel. The twins are 4 months now, Gabriel is 14 lbs and Jordan is 11.5 lbs. They still take the boob and have started solids already.They roll from stomach to back and hold their heads up great. They hold hands and snuggle when they sleep. Their progress is amazing and you would never know they were considered premees. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! You are the best.
